Founded by three friends, Van Leeuwen makes all of their ice cream from scratch using only the best ingredients from small producers locally and around the world. Van Leeuwen at Platform was the brand’s first “scoop shop” in LA and features their homemade ice creams, fresh pastries and Toby’s Estate Coffee.
